When I look at an attached JPG in an assignment submitted on Microsoft teams, using ctrl and the mouse scroll wheel will zoom in Microsoft teams, but for some reason the photo itself will automatically zoom to fit the whole page.

I have had this problem with looking at photos in my web browser as well and suspect it may have something to do with Windows Photos settings. I’ve looked around to try to diagnose my problem, but haven’t been able to figure out exactly what’s going on.

Was this reply helpful? Yes No. Sorry this didn’t help. The app itself menu bars etc. I looked at the same assignment in both the web app and the desktop app and have an identical issue in both cases.

I do have the same problem for other uploaded jpegs as well, but not all of them, some of them zoom like they are supposed to, some of them don’t.

Here is a screenshot of exactly what is going on. Notice the menus all zoom, but the picture does not zoom and even shrinks. Perhaps the picture is just not adjustable for some reason dealing with how it was attached or some other factor. Some students uploaded pictures I am able to adjust correctly this way.
